Make a Bequest

A bequest is a gift of property included as a provision in your Will. 

In making a bequest to the Bonnie Babes Foundation you may wish to provide an amount of money or a percentage of your estate, the remainder of your estate, or other property such as real estate or shares.

If you decide to leave a bequest to the Bonnie Babes Foundation we recommend that you seek professional legal advice before making or changing your Will.  The following wording is provided for your solicitor as a guide only:

“I bequeath to the charitable organisation, The Bonnie Babes Foundation Inc. (ARBN 076 894 329) of 303-313 Burwood Highway, Burwood East, Victoria 3151, in aid of that charity and for its general purposes, the sum of $......, (or) ……% of my estate (or) …… the residue of my estate (or)……(description of property or assets) free of all charges, and l declare that the receipt of its treasurer or other authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge to my executor”.
